Robinson Bride

We reimagined this owner's suite as a sequence of jewel-box rooms, each finished to boutique standards. The heart is a dual-island dressing room where book-matched green quartzite tops crown fluted wood cabinetry, tiered crystal chandeliers hang from a light-washed tray ceiling, and glass-front wardrobes and a floor-to-ceiling shoe wall put the wardrobe on display. The adjoining bath layers a mint clawfoot soaking tub, a walk-in steam shower wrapped entirely in dramatic green quartzite slab, aged-brass fittings, and an amber Murano chandelier, all grounded by wide chevron-laid rustic oak. In the bedroom, a fluted Calacatta marble fireplace with a gold-leaf firebox anchors classic paneled walls and cove lighting, softened by a feather floor lamp, a Mongolian-fur wingback, and velvet drapery. Every surface, from the honed marble to the custom millwork, was detailed to feel collected rather than installed.
